Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. This full-time sales role is remote, focusing on contacting homeowners to discuss windows and doors and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team.

You will work from home with uncapped bonuses; sales experience is preferred and the role includes advancement opportunities and paid training. Must reside in the United States for consideration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales mindset and metrics driven.
• An outgoing personality with professionalism, strong work ethics, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.
• Must live in New Jersey to be considered for this position.

Full Time. Uncapped Bonuses. Sales Experience Preferred.

You will be contacting homeowners to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. This role would be a work from home, remote position.

• Document and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standards

What you'll earn

$20/hr with uncapped bonus structure based on appointments set. Most reps average $22-$25/hr with bonuses.

Schedule

• Must be able to work some morning and evenings shifts, and one weekend shift every week.
• Must be available to work during operating hours: Monday-Friday: 7:50am-10:30pm, Weekends: 8:50am-8pm
