Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a remote Sales Associate who will contact homeowners to discuss window and door needs, explain what makes our products different, and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team.

You will handle a mix of outbound and inbound calls, maintain accurate appointment records, and work in a high-volume environment with a focus on meeting sales targets. This is a fully remote, full-time position with uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dial out to homeowners and handle heavy inbound call flow.
• Document and track all set appointments per company standards.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls across multiple systems.

Full Time. Uncapped Bonuses. Sales Experience Preferred.

You will be contacting homeowners to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. This role would be a work from home, remote position.

Primary Responsibilities:

Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted us via one of our marketing avenuesDocument and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standardsManaging high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Sales experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentSales mindset and metrics drivenAn outgoing personality with professionalism, strong work ethics, and communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.

Must live in Tennessee to be considered for this position.

What you’ll earn:

$20/hr with uncapped bonus structure based on appointments set.

Most reps average $22-$25/hr with bonuses.
