Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, seeks a motivated sales-support rep to schedule in‑home consultations and manage extensive call activity. You will use CRM and dialer systems, track appointments, and contribute to a high-volume sales process from a fully remote training environment.

Job description

Compensation:

• $20/hour base with uncapped bonus structure based on appointments set.
• Most reps average $22-$25/hour with bonuses.
• Full-time position with fully remote paid training.
• PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) with company match.

• Student loan repayment program and tuition assistance.

Schedule:

• Must work some morning and evening shifts, plus one weekend shift every week.
• Operating hours are Monday-Friday 7:50am-10:30pm and weekends 8:50am-8pm.
