Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a remote in-home sales role. You will contact homeowners to discuss their window and door needs and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team. You will be dialing out to homeowners and handling high call volume as part of a fast-paced environment.

This full-time position offers uncapped bonuses and an hourly rate of $20, with earnings rising through bonuses. Must live in Tennessee to be considered for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing personality with professionalism and strong work ethics.

• Document and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standards

Full Time. Uncapped Bonuses. Sales Experience Preferred.

You will be contacting homeowners to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. This role would be a work from home, remote position.

• Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted us via one of our marketing avenues

• Document and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standards

• Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems

Whatyou'lllearn:

• $20/hr with uncapped bonus structure based on appointments set.
  • Most reps average $22-$25/hr with bonuses.
