Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking motivated Design Consultants to conduct in-home sales presentations with pre-scheduled appointments. This full-time role has a strong, uncapped commission structure and paid training to build a thriving sales career.

You’ll travel to residential homes and guide homeowners to a same-day decision on window and door replacements, with mentorship and a clear sales process.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Able to travel up to 2 hours daily.
• Lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes to conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information needed for homeowners to make a same-day decision.
• Execute a strong one-call close, with no project management or follow-up required.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
