Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for its New Jersey Territory. Design Consultants visit residential homes, present window and door replacement options, and aim for same-day decisions. Training starts in November 2026, with a strong commission structure and mentorship.

Eligible for full insurance, a 401(k), and potential annual trip opportunities. Travel up to 2 hours daily is required, and a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.

• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide homeowners with all information to make a same-day decision on window/door projects.
• Maintain a strong one-call close sales approach with no follow-up required.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
