TEK Northeast is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to deliver premier customer service from first contact through delivery. You will help grow sales, meet targets, and provide technical support for returns and quotes.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in sales; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Expect a collaborative, results-driven environment with opportunities to advance and develop market knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and provide support for current customer base as assigned.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals set by management, e.g. dollars booked and calls per day.
• Promptly respond to RFQs within 24 hours.
• Provide technical assistance and solutions for customer returns.
• Formulate analysis of sales data to aid in pricing decisions.
• Follow up on all quotations in a timely manner.
• Proactively review open orders and inform customers of delivery status changes.
• Contribute to a positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with Inside Sales, Outside Sales and management.
