Superior Industries is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver accurate quotes and top‑notch service. You will work with distributors, end users, and customers to provide product information and help process orders with clear communication.

You will apply product knowledge to recommend solutions, document the sales process with E1ERP, Google, and Salesforce, and help ensure on‑time delivery by coordinating with Engineering, Transportation, and Production.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence others and establish strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical understanding with above-average math skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based software and ERP systems like Salesforce and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop Accurate Quotes: Respond to inquiries by providing precise quotes and detailed product information.
• Process Customer Orders: Communicate requirements to internal teams and prepare final specifications for Engineering, Transportation, and Production.
• Stay Connected with Customers: Maintain regular updates on quotes, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Apply Product Knowledge: Recommend solutions based on sizing and application feedback from other departments.
• Use Business Tools: Document and manage the sales process in E1ERP, Google, and Salesforce.
• Ensure Quality and On-Time Delivery: Monitor schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
