H & H MECHANICAL INC in Austell, Georgia is seeking a driven Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Specialist. This position focuses heavily on outside sales and cold calling with the goal of fostering long-term customer relationships and promoting HVAC maintenance memberships.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, and have strong communication skills. A competitive salary, commission on sales, and various benefits including health insurance are offered.

H & H Mechanical is looking for a driven Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Specialist to join our growing team! This position focuses on outside sales and cold calling with the goal of building long-term customer relationships and selling HVAC maintenance memberships.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door sales and cold calling
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
• Promote maintenance memberships and service agreements
• Work independently to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Built pipeline through autonomous lead generation and relationship development

• Proven sales experience (outside or B2B preferred)
• HVAC knowledge or industry experience is a plus
