In this role, you’ll handle phone-based sales, manage accounts, and strive to meet sales goals with training and support. The position emphasizes career development, competitive compensation, and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in sales or account management preferred.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to learn and use CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with an established base of automotive customers through proactive outbound calls.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce customers to new products and services.
• Follow up with qualified leads and turn prospective customers into active accounts.
• Learn about customers' businesses and recommend products that fit their needs.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and become a trusted resource for automotive aftermarket products.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our database.
• Work toward established sales and activity goals while collaborating with your team.
• Continuously expand your product knowledge and sales skills.
