Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our automotive aftermarket team in an onsite role based in Exeter, PA or Greensboro, NC.

You will use consultative selling and product knowledge to strengthen customer relationships and grow the business. Responsibilities include outbound calls to shops, retailers, and enthusiasts, growing existing accounts, following up on leads, and expanding product knowledge while achieving sales targets with team

• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills are required.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships while meeting sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, automotive parts, dealership support, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships
• Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems

Preferred Skills

• Interest in or knowledge of automotive aftermarket products
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
