Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers purchasing building materials. You will greet customers, discuss product options, and finalize sales with a focus on service and expertise.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, answering inquiries, processing payments, and supporting merchandising and sales planning. 1-2 years' interior building products experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and solutions for building projects.

• Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers promptly.
• Accept payments and apply them to the appropriate customer account.
• Arrange with the warehouse for customer product pickup.
• Contribute to merchandising strategy and branch sales plan.

ABC Supply Interiors is a leading specialty distributor of drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials used by commercial and residential contractors. ABC Supply Interiors delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.As an Inside Sales Associate, you will provide assistance to customers as they purchase the materials they need for a variety of building projects.
