ABC Supply Interiors, a leading drywall and building materials distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Associate in Council Bluffs, IA. You will greet customers, provide product expertise, and finalize sales while coordinating deliveries and merchandising strategies.

A bilingual (Spanish/English) candidate with 1–2 years experience in interior building products is preferred. The role emphasizes responsiveness to customer inquiries, up-selling opportunities, and collaboration with the warehouse team

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing L&W solutions and meet their needs.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture long-term relationships.
• Solicit feedback from customers on products and services.
• Coordinate delivery requests for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of branch sales plan and merchandising strategy.
• Determine customer needs and recommend products and up-sell as appropriate.
• Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers promptly.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Arrange with warehouse for product pickup
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.

ABC Supply Interiors delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.As an Inside Sales Associate, you will provide assistance to customers as they purchase the materials they need for a variety of building projects.
