Job summary

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Green Bay, WI. You will help customers select roofing, siding and window products, process sales orders, and coordinate pickups and deliveries.

The role emphasizes world-class service, strong communication, and a team player attitude. Duties include answering phones, applying payments, and ensuring on-time deliveries with follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
