Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Chesterfield, MO. You will help customers select roofing, siding, and window products, process orders, and coordinate pickups and deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in roofing or related sales, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. This on-site role offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a leading building-products distributor.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time with all items.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
