Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Pleasant Gap, PA. You will determine customers’ needs and recommend products, process orders, and help ensure timely deliveries. A friendly, customer-focused approach and reliable communication are essential to success.

You will work with a team to maintain stocked shelves, assist with pickups, and support daily sales operations. Prior experience in roofing, siding, or windows is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Detail- and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.
