Job summary

ABC Supply in New Castle, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support customers purchasing roofing, siding, and window products in a fast-paced wholesale environment. You will help identify needs and deliver solutions with a focus on accuracy and timely order processing.

Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork are essential as you coordinate between customers, the warehouse, and delivery teams. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and a 401(k) plan after 60 days.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' roofing, siding, or window sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.
