Job summary

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate. You will determine customer needs, recommend products, upsell, and manage orders and deliveries from our Tiffin, Iowa location.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a service-first mindset to help customers complete roofing, building, and remodeling projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail- and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product checklist and upsell additional items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked and ready.
