ABC Supply in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers purchase roofing, building, and remodeling products. You will determine customer needs, follow checklists, upsell additional items, and handle orders and payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders; apply payments to accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse and track deliveries.
• Maintain stocked shelves and address service concerns promptly.
