Job summary

Generator Supercenter of Waco is looking for a results-driven Full Time Inside Sales Representative to actively work in our call center.

You will develop new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and maintain a high level of service via calls and emails. Hours are 8-5 or 9-6, with occasional Saturdays. Competitive pay: $15 p/h + Commission.

Qualifications

• Excellent selling and communication abilities to build customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation, time management, and organization skills.
• Openness to feedback and relationship management with customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities using outbound lists and lead follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Maintain proper phone etiquette and handle calls/emails.
• Explain product features and demonstrate value to customers.
• Keep the prospect database updated and research new leads.
• Stay informed about product/service info and competitors.
• Provide high level of customer service amid high call volume.
• Work Monday–Friday 8–5 or 9–6; occasional Saturdays; basic Excel/Word use.

Summary Job Description

Generator Supercenter of Waco is looking for a results-driven Full Time Inside Sales Representative to actively work in our call center.

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Proper phone etiquette.
• Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
• Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads.
• Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
• Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy skills. Tend to high volume of calls.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Monday – Friday, Hours are from 8-5 or 9-6. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Competitive Pay: $15 p/h + Commission
• Availability for growth.
