Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products. You will receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries, and coordinate deliveries with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required: front-line customer service and sales experience; construction or building materials knowledge is a plus; Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus; excellent communication and follow-up with customers, vendors, and teams.

• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
