Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service professional to handle price quotes, orders, returns and product information, while supporting the Outside Sales team in a fast-paced building materials environment. You will coordinate deliveries and ensure accurate billing inquiries are resolved.

Ideal candidates have front-line customer service and sales experience, with knowledge of construction or building materials and, ideally, Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry knowledge in construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, billing inquiries and product information.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

What you\'ll bring:

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
