Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks a customer service and sales support specialist. You will handle price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries, while coordinating delivery with operations and supporting the Outside Sales team.

The role emphasizes adherence to pricing policies and strong customer communication. Applicants should have frontline customer service and sales experience, with construction/building materials knowledge being a plus.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience is required.
• Sales experience is preferred for this role.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Eagerness to learn and retain product information.

What you’ll do:

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

What you’ll bring:

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
