Job summary

Safe Haven Security is seeking sales reps to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO. You will convert customer leads via phone and email into confirmed sales and scheduled appointments, while maintaining a sharp focus on KPIs and growth opportunities.

The role offers base salary plus commissions and monthly bonuses, full benefits including health, dental, life, 401k, and vision, plus paid training and holidays. Onsite work with clear performance expectations.

Qualifications

Safe Haven Security is seeking talented sales reps to join our growing team!

You will have a strong sense of urgency, outstanding work ethic, and a professional customer service approach. You must understand all aspects of the business and learn how to convert customer leads via phone and email into confirmed sales and scheduled appointments.

Performance will be measured daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure you are on target to hit all goals and key performance indicators.

• Convert inbound/outbound calls to sales
• Maintain a clean work flow where all home buyers/leads are contacted and managed in a timely fashion.
• 1+ years sales experience
• Motivated by monetary incentives
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Accountable and enthusiastic about generating revenue
