Safe Haven Security is seeking sales reps to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO. You will convert customer leads via phone and email into confirmed sales and scheduled appointments, while maintaining a sharp focus on KPIs and growth opportunities.

The role offers base salary plus commissions and monthly bonuses, full benefits including health, dental, life, 401k, and vision, plus paid training and holidays. Onsite work with clear performance expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsabilités

• Convert inbound/outbound calls to sales.
• Maintain a clean workflow where leads are contacted in a timely fashion.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
