Job summary

CDF Distributors in Gallatin, TN is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to convert warm leads into customers. This consultative role focuses on guiding buyers through quotes and orders, delivering excellent service, and growing revenue.

You’ll use CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, collaborate with a team, and maintain accurate quotes. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or a call center environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
