Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our nationwide team. Base pay is $17–$18/hr with an additional $5–$20 bonus per meeting; full schedule includes weekday evenings and weekend shifts. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, set appointments, and drive new business while learning our exclusive sales process.

No cold calling is required; leads are provided. Opportunities for overtime, career growth, and coaching are available, with optional work-from-home

Pay Rate $17-$18/hr + $5-$20 Bonus for every meeting that you set (Tiered system)

Shift 100pm - 900pm (3 days during the week, get to pick your days off) + Saturday (900am - 500pm) & Sunday (1045am - 500pm)

• Provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with
• Offer helpful solutions to customer’s home improvement needs
• Drive new business through inbound and outbound follow ups
• Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team
• B2C or B2B or Customer Service experience.
• 1-2 Years of inbound/outbound calling.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Strong listening and conversational skills.
• Ability to set and achieve goals.
• Availability between 8am and 8 pm M-F, 9am to 3pm Saturday, and 11am to 5pm Sunday.
