Job summary

PLS Logistics Services is seeking a Sales Representative to be a pivotal resource for customers, coordinating freight across the nation around the clock. You will participate in paid training, build a client portfolio, and drive growth through proactive outreach and negotiations.

The role offers unlimited PTO, a starting salary of $52,000, uncapped commissions from week one, full medical/dental/vision, and extensive training with opportunities for internal promotions.

Responsibilities

• Act as an essential resource for customers and help ship freight nationwide 24/7/365.
• Learn about PLS Logistics Services and the logistics industry.
• Develop a portfolio of clients by cold calling using provided leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals and manage client service issues.
• Be the trusted advisor to customers and liaise with Logistics Coordinators to grow business.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, capacities, and carriers.
