PLS Logistics Services is seeking a Sales Representative to help customers ship freight nationwide, 24/7/365. You will develop a portfolio of clients, negotiate pricing, and manage service issues to resolution while leveraging mentorship and a supportive team.

The role includes fully paid training, a $47,000 starting salary, $1,000 signing bonus, uncapped commissions from week one, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage with 401(k) employer matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
• 2 years cold calling experience is required.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource for customers to help ship freight nationwide, 24/7/365.
• Develop a portfolio of clients through cold calls using provided leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals and manage client service issues to resolution.
• Maintain accurate updates in the tracking system and build trusted advisor relationships.
