Job summary

Parts ASAP is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our Hendricks, MN team. The role handles customer-initiated requests, researches inventory, sources non-stocked items, and closes sales to meet monthly targets. If you enjoy building customer relationships and have a drive for uncapped earnings, this could be a great fit.

Expect a base pay of $18.00/hour with uncapped commission. Schedule is Monday–Friday onsite, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, in Hendricks, MN.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Advanced computer knowledge including email, Word and Excel.
Professional phone skills and keyboarding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer requests for pricing and availability.
Acknowledge and respond to all customer emails within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Enter quotes and invoices into the company's invoicing system.
Prepare and supply customers with freight quotes and invoices.
Locate alternative products from approved vendors when items aren't in stock.
Take ownership of issues, keeping customers informed through resolution.
Log all customer interactions via email, text, phone, or in person.
Ensure timely follow-ups on open quotes and assigned accounts.
Review and follow up with dormant customers as needed.
Build repeat business through strong relationship management and quote follow-up.
Make outbound calls to previous customers to generate new leads.
Help keep price lists and catalogs updated.
