• Enter quotes and invoices into the invoicing system accurately.
• Source hard-to-find parts from approved vendors when items aren’t in stock.
• Follow up on open quotes to move deals forward and keep customers informed.
• Log every customer interaction with clear, accurate notes.
• Make outbound calls to past customers to generate new leads.
• Build lasting relationships that turn one-time buyers into repeat customers.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
• Location: On-site
• Call Volume: 50-60 inbound calls per day

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound customer calls for pricing and product availability
