Performacentric seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Fort Wayne to drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead qualification. You will be the first point of contact and work with marketing to expand the client base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop lead-gen strategies.
• Update the CRM with all sales activities.
• Aim to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
