Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests for pricing and availability.
• Acknowledge and respond to all customer emails within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• Enter quotes and invoices into the company's invoicing system.
• Prepare and supply customers with freight quotes and invoices.
• Locate alternative products from approved vendors when items aren't in stock.
• Take ownership of issues, keeping customers informed through resolution.
• Log all customer interactions via email, text, phone, or in person.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on open quotes and assigned accounts.
• Review and follow up with dormant customers as needed.
• Build repeat business through strong relationship management and quote follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to previous customers to generate new leads.
• Help keep price lists and catalogs updated.

The Details

• Pay: $18.00/hour to start, plus uncapped commission
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite
• Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
