TwiceasNice Recruiting is seeking a Parts Sales Representative for a desk-based role supporting customers with replacement parts, spare parts packages, and service solutions throughout the lifecycle of equipment.

The role handles about 40 requests per day, requires 2+ years of parts sales experience, and demands strong organization and customer focus. This is a full-time opportunity with 7am–4pm hours, in Evansville, IN.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for parts and service inquiries.
• Respond to customer calls and emails regarding replacement parts, spare parts, and service solutions.
• Research and identify correct parts using ERP systems, product documentation, and internal resources.
• Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• 2+ years of parts sales experience required.
• Proficiency with CRM & ERP systems required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence required.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities required.

Salary: $25 – $30/hour + Uncapped Monthly Commission + Benefits

This is a desk-based role: you’ll take incoming calls and emails, look up the part in the system, and send over a quote. It is a steady, fast-paced role handling around 40 requests a day, busy, but not high-pressure.
