Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle 50-60 inbound calls per day for pricing and product availability.
• Respond to customer emails within 30-60 minutes.
• Enter quotes and invoices into the invoicing system accurately.
• Source hard-to-find parts from approved vendors when items aren’t in stock.
• Follow up on open quotes to move deals forward and keep customers informed.
• Log every customer interaction with clear, accurate notes.
• Make outbound calls to past customers to generate new leads.
• Build lasting relationships that turn one-time buyers into repeat customers.
