Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking an Inside Sales Rep [Optigen] to generate revenue by handling inbound inquiries and initiating outbound calls, while using company resources and procedures to provide complete and accurate data.

The role supports warehouse and purchasing duties, maintains customer records, and collaborates with internal teams to promote products, resolve issues, and ensure quality service in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establishes customer contact by receiving inbound or initiating follow up outbound calls
• Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
• Resolves customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services
• Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
• Ensures quality service by following and adhering to departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards
• Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
• Provides customer follow-up as required
• Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results
• Performs warehouse and purchasing duties as needed
• Organizes, processes, and receives deliveries and returns
• Reviews and corrects orders as necessary
• Monitors warehouse for compliance of safety policies

The Inside Sales Rep [Optigen] increases revenue by responding to/initiating incoming/outgoing potential customer inquiries and usescompany resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete/accurate data.

• Uses appropriatetechnologies and follows processes in accordance with company standards to ensure patient contact is handledwith accuracy and operational effectiveness


• Assumes additional duties in warehouse, purchasing, customeraccount management, and CPAP patient care
