Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support homeowners across the South Shore from our Hingham, MA location. You'll follow up on estimates, guide customers through financing options and rebates, and coordinate scheduling with dispatch and the install team.

You don't need HVAC or sales experience to apply; we’ll train you. The role emphasizes listening, helpfulness, and building trust, with a strong focus on customer service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• No HVAC or sales experience required; training provided.
• Strong listening and communication skills essential.
• Able to handle objections and follow up professionally.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and email homeowners who received an estimate but haven't moved forward, for service repairs and system replacements.
• Explain financing options and rebates to overcome objections.
• Schedule approved jobs and hand off to dispatch and install teams.
• Log every customer interaction in the CRM to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
