Carter Lumber is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to be the face of the store, delivering friendly customer service and product guidance. You will help customers with project needs, prepare estimates, process transactions, and follow up on quotes, contributing to a dynamic, commission-based earnings model.

We value a sales-driven, team-oriented attitude and experience in building materials or customer service. This is a full-time role with room for growth across our Ohio locations.

Formación

• Experience in sales within building materials preferred.
• Excellent communication and friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to meet sales and profit goals; team oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, share product information and advise on project needs.
• Produce estimates for packages and projects; process transactions.
• Follow up on online quotes and qualify new leads via cold calls.
• Support Outside Sales Reps and assist with inventory cycle counts.
