Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking an Inside Sales Rep in Ohio to be the friendly face customers rely on in-store. You will share product information, advise on project needs, prepare estimates, and process transactions with a focus on excellent service.

The role includes following up on quotes, cold calling to qualify leads, supporting outside sales, and helping with inventory control. Salary is commission-based with uncapped potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the store and share product information.

• Conduct cold calls to qualify new leads and support Outside Sales Reps.
• Assist in inventory control through cycle counts and resolving overages/shortages.
