Carter Lumber Company in Ohio is seeking an Inside Sales Rep who will be the face of the store, assisting customers, sharing product information, and producing estimates. Salary plus commission with uncapped earnings.

You will follow up on online quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, support Outside Sales Reps, and help with inventory counts. The role values a friendly, outgoing personality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience working in sales or customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with building materials is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Ability to ensure sales and profit goals are met.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers as they walk in and provide product information.
• Give advice on project needs and produce estimates for packages/projects.
• Process transactions at point of sale.
• Follow up on online customer quotes and qualify new leads via cold calls.
• Support Outside Sales Reps as needed and assist in inventory control (cycle counts, resolve overages/shortages).
