Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives in Hobbs, NM. The role focuses on supporting customers with product recommendations, quotes, and order processing while delivering exceptional service. Training begins in the warehouse to learn products and processes, followed by hands-on customer interaction.

Expected schedule is Monday–Friday 7 am–4 pm with an on-call rotation every three weeks. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to determine best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders for personalized service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
