Job summary

Oticon, Inc in Franklin Township is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and maintain current customer relationships through proactive phone contact management. You will work closely with regional sales teams to align customer needs with business solutions.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree is preferred; or 3+ years equivalent Sales/account management experience.
Proven experience with building relationships within territory.
Ability to sell products and services over the phone using a consultative approach.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience in medical device industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Consults with customers to enhance business performance through consultative selling.
Sells hearing aids and accessories over the phone to assigned customers.
Partners with Account/Regional Managers to strategize on business development.
