Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to achieve sales objectives and effectively implement marketing strategies in the assigned territory. You will provide current product information to physicians to drive product adoption while maintaining compliance with all applicable policies.

The role emphasizes building a physician universe, territory planning, and timely reporting, with prior customer service or outside sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service or B2B outside sales preferred.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Meets quarterly sales objectives for Supernus products within territory.
• Implements marketing and sales strategies as directed.
• Maintains up-to-date call records for physicians and other key customers.
• Submits reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Develops and maintains a physician universe and territory management plan.
