Qualifications

• 0–3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Plumbing and/or HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers sales calls for general information and resolves customer questions.
• Assists customers at the parts counter and provides backup in the warehouse.
• Presents job quotes with accurate pricing and inventory information.
• Uses CRM and phone systems effectively.
