Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Beltsville, MD is hiring a Sales Support Representative (Inside Sales) for an onsite role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, plus one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities include answering sales calls, resolving customer questions, quoting jobs, providing pricing and inventory details, using the CRM and phone system, and assisting sales staff to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Plumbing and/or HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• A desire to learn with a drive to succeed.
• Passion for collaboration and assisting customers across the team.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships while balancing business and customer needs.
• Drive to act and respond quickly to customer needs and make decisions in a timely manner.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and helping customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs.
• Provides hands-on assistance as needed, such as helping customers at the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.
• Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Uses CRM system and phone system effectively.
• Works with Sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service for existing and prospective customers.
