You will work with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions, ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders, and coordinate deliveries while using a CRM and phone system.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Exhibit strong sales skills including upselling.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to identify best products and solutions.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders for customers.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Utilize CRM and phone system to manage inquiries and orders.
