Training is provided, with compensation comprising base pay plus commissions and bonuses. The position is full-time, on-site, with a guaranteed base salary range and uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Telemarketing/Call Center/Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Dial 200+ provided leads per day to generate interest and qualify prospects.
• Build rapport to understand client situations and convey tax resolution value.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals and overcome objections.
• Document each call in CTI and Salesforce for tracking and follow-up.
• Lead transfers to account executives for closing opportunities.
