Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years inside sales or call center sales using telephone sales techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from prospective customers with the goal of effectively selling the company’s products and services.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products/services to confidently cross-sell and upsell.
• Promote enrollment in price protection programs through consultative telephone sales.
• Perform clerical tasks such as setting up customer accounts and processing payments by phone.
• Retain customers and capture new opportunities during account transitions.
