Job summary

Dead River Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the office team, answer calls, assist customers, and maintain accurate records. The role includes account management, clerical duties, and participation in promotions and objectives.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with computer work preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist walk-in customers in a courteous manner.
• Maintain customer accounts using the ADDS E3 system.
• Perform clerical tasks: inventory control, accounts payable/receivable, posting, price changes, deposits.
• Develop knowledge of departments, products, services, and delivery schedules.
• Participate in annual market objectives and promotional programs.
• Cross-train with other office staff and provide assistance as needed.
• Perform filing, photocopying, and shredding.
