Dead River Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Massachusetts to handle customer inquiries, maintain accounts, and support office operations. The role emphasizes courteous service, accurate data entry, and knowledge of products and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service experience including computer work preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Courteously answer incoming telephone calls and assist walk-in customers.
• Utilizes the ADDS E3 system for customer account maintenance, setting up new accounts, and updating logs.
• Perform clerical tasks: inventory control, accounts payable/receivable, posting, price changes, payments, and deposits.
• Develop knowledge of all departments, products, services and delivery schedules.
• Participate in promotional programs and contests.
• Cross-train and assist other office staff as needed.
• Filing, photocopying, and shredding.
